Darshnik Brar
Attorney at Law
Darshnik Brar is an attorney with NDB West Coast Law specializing in lemon law and employment law actions in California. Mr. Brar’s passion for cars since childhood attracted him to practice lemon law to address the needs of individuals and giving a voice to these individuals who have suffered at the hands of major auto manufactures. Prior to joining NDB West Coast Law, Mr. Brar worked on multiple lemon law matters as Defense counsel across the state of California representing a major auto manufacturer.
Mr. Brar was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2021. When Mr. Brar is out of the office, he enjoys horse riding and playing polo, swimming, spending time with family and friends.
Namrata Kaur

Namrata Kaur is an attorney with NDB West Coast Law specializing in California lemon law and wage and hour class and representative actions in California. Ms. Kaur’s deep-seated commitment to helping and improving the lives of others has helped her achieve remarkable results for her clients. Prior to joining NDB West Coast Law, Ms. Kaur started her career by working for a boutique labor and employment law firm where she passionately represented employees in California in wrongful termination and discrimination actions. Thereafter, Ms. Kaur worked as an attorney with a well-known Plaintiffs’ class action law firm in Irvine. In this position, Ms. Kaur primarily engaged in representing clients in nationwide consumer class actions.
Ms. Kaur was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2021. When Ms. Kaur is out of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for long walks with her husband, and experimenting with baking.
